Youth Boxing Class (Ages 9-12)

Tuesdays & Thursdays 4-5 pm

Our Youth Boxing Program teaches real boxing skills in a fun, safe, and confidence-building environment.


With only 4 students per class, each child gets personal coaching to develop proper technique, balance, and coordination.


Sessions blend fundamentals, fitness, and discipline, helping young athletes grow stronger physically and mentally.


Classes are non-contact, focusing on teamwork, respect, and skill progression — perfect for kids who want to train like real boxers while building lasting confidence.

Teen Boxing Classes
(Ages 13-18)

Beginner Class (Mondays & Wednesdays 4-5 pm)

Our Teen Boxing Beginner Program introduces young athletes to authentic boxing in a focused and supportive environment.


With only 4 students per class, each teen gets personal coaching to build strong fundamentals — stance, footwork, defence, and combination punching.


Classes blend technique, conditioning, and mindset, helping teens build confidence, discipline, and fitness while learning real boxing skills.
Perfect for teens who want to train like real boxers while developing strength, focus, and mental toughness.

Advanced Class (Fridays 4-5 pm)

Our Teen Boxing Advanced Program is for teens who have mastered the basics and are ready to train at a higher level.


Each boxer receives focused technical coaching and individualized feedback to sharpen skills and improve performance.


Training emphasizes advanced combinations, ring movement, defence, and controlled sparring, helping athletes build timing, precision, and confidence under pressure.


Coach approval or prior experience is required — perfect for dedicated teens who want to refine their craft, push their limits, and train like real fighters.

FAQs

Q. Do the Youth and Teen Boxing classes involve sparring?

A. No — our Youth and Teen Beginner classes are non-contact and focus on technique, fitness, and confidence building.
Sparring is only introduced in Teen Advanced classes and is always supervised, controlled, and optional.

Q. Is previous boxing experience required?

A. Not at all.
Our Beginner programs are designed for complete newcomers — your child will learn proper technique and safety from day one.

Q. What should my child bring to class?

A. Students should wear comfortable athletic clothes and indoor athletic shoes.

Handwraps are required; if your child doesn't have one, they can be purchased at the gym.
We provide gloves, but students are encouraged to purchase their own gear as they continue training.

Q. How are classes structured?

A.  Each session includes:

  • Warm-up and conditioning

  • Technical drills and mitt/bag work

  • Footwork and defensive movement

  • Cool-down and review

This balance ensures proper development, fitness, and fun in every class.

Q. What’s the difference between Youth and Teen classes?
  • Youth Boxing (Ages 9–12): Focuses on coordination, fitness, and confidence in a fun, structured setting.

  • Teen Boxing (Ages 13–18): Builds strength, discipline, and real boxing fundamentals.
    Advanced teens can progress into higher-intensity training with coach approval.
