Beginner

Intro to Boxing

Ideal for beginners starting their boxing journey. Learn basic footwork and punches to build a solid foundation. Small-group format (max 4 athletes) ensures personal attention from your coach.

All Levels Boxing

A scalable boxing class that welcomes every level. Learn, sweat, and progress at your own pace — with beginners focusing on fundamentals while intermediates build on advanced drills. Every session is unique and tailored to the group, combining technique, conditioning, and partner drills, all capped at 4 athletes for personalized coaching.

Technical Boxing

Coach's approval is required before joining these classes.

Intermediate & Advanced

A technical class for committed boxers ready to sharpen skills beyond the basics. Expect advanced combinations, defensive layers, partner drills, and high-intensity work — each session uniquely tailored to challenge and push your boxing to the next level.

Intro to Sparring

An entry point into controlled sparring for athletes with a solid technical base. Develop positioning, timing, and defensive awareness through supervised drills in a safe, structured environment. Each session is coach-led to ensure learning and safety come first.

Sparring Night with Coach!

Step into real rounds under the close supervision — and participation — of your coach. Apply your skills in live sparring with emphasis on safety, strategy, and constructive feedback. Every round is guided to help you progress like a fighter.

Flexible Training

Open Gym

Train on your own schedule and focus on what you need most — whether it’s bag work, shadowboxing, skipping, or conditioning drills. Capacity is limited to protect space and equipment availability, so you’ll always have room to move.

FAQs

Q. Do I need experience to join?

A. No experience needed! Our classes are beginner-friendly, and our small group formate makes it easy to learn at your own pace.

Q. How many people are in each class?

A. All classes are capped at 4 athletes to gurantee personal attention - You'll get the focus of a private while still keeping the energy of a group.

Q. What should I bring to class?

A. Hand wraps and gloves are required. If you don't have your own, gloves are available to borrow for your first class, or you can purchase your own  gloves and wraps at the gym.

Q. Do I need to book my spot in advance?

A. Yes, all classes must be booked ahead of time through our scheduling system.

Q. How do I join sparring classes?

A. Sparring is by the coach's approval only. You'll need to complete a minimum amount of training first.
