Youth Boxing (Ages 13-18)
Structured boxing training focused on fundamentals, discipline, and confidence.

Program Overview
Our Youth Boxing Program is designed for teens who want to learn real boxing, not rushed workouts or oversized group classes.
With a maximum of 6 students per class, each athlete receives direct coaching and consistent feedback. We focus on building strong fundamentals from the ground up — stance, footwork, defence, and clean punching technique — in a safe and controlled environment.
Training also emphasizes discipline, focus, and accountability, helping teens develop confidence both inside and outside the gym.
This program is ideal for teens who want structure, proper coaching, and long-term skill development.
