Billing & Terms
Flexible memberships are billed bi-weekly.
Cancellations require 15 days’ notice prior to the next billing date.
If notice is provided within 15 days of a scheduled payment, the membership will remain active through the following billing cycle.
Term memberships are available in 3, 6, or 12 months and billed bi-weekly at discounted rates.
Early cancellation may require payment of 50% of the remaining balance, with exceptions for verified medical reasons or relocation beyond 25 km.
Pause options may be available.
Prepaid memberships are non-refundable, with exceptions only for verified medical reasons.
